Tumbling Roses in Abstract Paint

Our rose garden is so pretty this time of year. This small painting, Summer Garden, was inspired by the tumbling roses and wild overgrowth of the July garden.

When I paint these I try to capture the feeling of the moment and visually interpret the things experiences with other senses, the wind, sounds and other elements.
